Return & Refund Policy

We are happy to offer 14 days return policy, upon receiving your order you can request a return or an exchange within 14 days. 
To be eligible for full refund or an exchange your order must be in its original condition, items must be unworn and unused with tags still attached. The items must be in original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The refund exculdes the postage cost. Please allow up to 14 days for this to be processed from the day you return the products.

We recommend any returns posted, are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us.

Clearance Stock

Any item purchased from the clearance stock is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Pre-Orders/Custom Made Orders

Please note; any items bought from our pre-orders stock or any custome made items are non returnable and non exchangeable. 

Order Cancellations; Please note, orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Kalarna & Clear Pay Any orders placed using Clear Pay, Kalarna will be subject to deductions of £10 as there is a charge to accept these payments.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned such as jewellery,  custom products, and personalized items .Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
